Ainsi ses experts seront, ce jeudi, chez le ministre de l’Intérieur, Aly Ngouille Ndiaye, pour vérifier de visu la fiabilité du fichier. Lequel fichier, disent-ils, a été dupliqué en plusieurs exemplaires. Rendant ainsi de nombreux électeurs victimes d’injustice.
« Certaines personnes disposant de leur carte d’électeur en bonne et due forme n’ont pas pu voter dans les bureaux mentionnés sur leur carte. D’autres se sont inscrits pendant la période de révision des listesen 2017 et on reçu leur carte avec la mention « ne peut pas voter ». D’autres encore ont reçu leur carte bien après la période de révision des listes électorales portant la mention « ne peut pas voter, se retrouvent dans le fichier, alors qu’elles n’étaient pas censées s’y retrouver ? ». Dixit les membres de l’opposition qui faisaient face à la presse.
