Une explosion aurait d’ailleurs frôlé un pipeline de gaz. « À moins 30 centimètres » affirme le ministère des Ressources minérales, qui insiste : « si le pipeline explosait, tout été rasé à 300 mètres à la ronde. »
6 000 mines désaffectées
Des voix dissidentes incriminent au contraire le gouvernement pour son attentisme. Au cours des dernières années, plus de 3 milliards d’euros aurait été alloués pour fermer les 6 000 mines désaffectées du pays. Sans résultat jusque-là.
