Les ressources de l’Etat sénégalais durant les deux premiers mois de 2017 ont connu une légère hausse de 0,3% à 298,8 milliards FCFA (environ 478,080 millions de dollars) par rapport à la même période de l’année 2016, selon la Direction de la prévision et des études économiques (DPEE) dans une note reçue samedi à APA.
Ces ressources sont composées de recettes budgétaires pour 275,4 milliards FCFA et de dons en capital évalués à 23,4 milliards FCFA, précise la DPEE, imputant cette situation au « repli de 0,1% des recettes budgétaires, atténué par la progression de 5,7% des dons en capital ».
Concernant les recettes budgétaires, la baisse observée reflète la diminution de 0,3% des recettes fiscales qui se sont établies à 271,7 milliards FCFA contre 272,6 milliards FCFA un an auparavant.
« Cette contraction résulte, essentiellement, du repli des recouvrements au titre du fonds de sécurisation de l’importation des produits pétroliers (FSIPP), qui sont passés de 24 milliards FCFA en cumul à fin février 2016 à 2,7 milliards FCFA à fin février 2017, soit un repli de 21,3 milliards FCFA », souligne la DPEE.
Cette situation traduit notamment le maintien des prix à la pompe malgré la remontée du cours du baril et l’appréciation du dollar. Toutefois, la DPEE précise que la baisse relevée a été atténuée par la bonne tenue du recouvrement de la TVA globale (79,8 milliards), de l’impôt sur les sociétés (51 milliards) et de l’impôt sur le revenu (52 milliards) qui se sont confortés respectivement de 12%, 8,3% et 2,6%.
