Dans un contexte marqué par des divergences entre l’État et certaines entreprises de presse, ces confrères ont engagé un combat pour manifester leur opposition. Selon cette presse, les autorités de la République tentent de noyer le secteur des médias en le précipitant dans un gouffre.

C’est pourquoi l’APEPS marque sa désapprobation à l’initiative prise par le Conseil des Diffuseurs et Éditeurs de Presse (CDEPS). Notamment une journée sans presse organisée ce mardi 13 août 2024.
Cette façon de manifester n’engage ni de près ni de loin les membres de l’ APEPS.
Pour notre organisation, l’État et la presse doivent privilégier le dialogue et poursuivre les concertations pour arriver à des solutions pérennes.
En définitive, l’APES se veut une presse responsable, juste et honnête qui travaille en conformité avec les règles d’éthique et de déontologie.
