L’animateur, l’un des piliers de la radio Europe 1 depuis quinze ans, est visé par les plaintes de deux jeunes hommes, mineurs à l’époque des faits présumés, en 2009 et 2013.
Après deux jours de garde à vue, il a été laissé en liberté mais placé sous contrôle judiciaire, avec interdiction d’entrer en contact avec les victimes et d’exercer une activité professionnelle en lien avec des mineurs.
Jean-Marc Morandini est dans la tourmente depuis la publication mi-juillet d’une enquête du magazine Les Inrocks, dans laquelle de jeunes comédiens décrivaient un casting scabreux organisé pour une websérie produite par l’animateur.
Cinq de ces acteurs, majeurs, avaient ensuite porté plainte contre lui et le parquet avait ouvert une enquête préliminaire pour « harcèlement sexuel » et « travail dissimulé ».
Une autre enquête a été ouverte fin juillet pour « corruption de mineur », suite à deux plaintes déposées dans la foulée des révélations des « Inrocks » mais sans lien avec ces castings.
Dans la première plainte, un jeune homme âgé de 18 ans aujourd’hui affirme que Morandini lui a fait des propositions sexuelles dans des échanges SMS, courant 2013, selon une source proche de l’enquête.
Selon cette source, le second plaignant, 23 ans aujourd’hui, raconte avoir été contacté en 2009 par la société de production de Morandini pour un projet de film. Le jeune homme affirme avoir été convié au domicile de l’animateur qui l’aurait invité à poser nu pour une séance de photos.
« Pour un cas il n’avait absolument aucun souvenir de la personne ou des échanges. Pour l’autre il y avait des échanges mais il était parfaitement dans l’ignorance de l’âge de son interlocuteur », déclare l’avocat de Jean-Marc Morandini, Patrick Klugman.
Animateur télé moqué dans les années 90 pour son ton racoleur, Jean-Marc Morandini est devenu ces dernières années en France un décrypteur redouté des médias à la radio, fort de 900.000 abonnés sur Twitter.
En retrait d’Europe 1, Jean-Marc Morandini doit faire son entrée sur la chaîne d’information iTÉLÉ à une date qui reste à déterminer.
