Derrière la décision des Autorités de procéder à une revalorisation et une mensualisation des pensions de retraite, se cache un péril financier digne du nom au sein de l’Institution de prévoyance retraite du Sénégal (Ipres).
C’est du moins, le constat fait par SourceA . Dans sa parution de ce mercredi, le canard de Castors/Bourguiba explique que la situation est d’une gravité telle que les autorités ont du pain sur planche pour pouvoir redonner vie, un jour, à l’Institution.
A l’en croire, l’Ipres fait face à des difficultés atroces. Premièrement, révèlent nos confrères, de près de 200 milliards de Cfa, en 2015, les réserves financières de l’Ipres passent à zéro franc, en 2018. Pendant ce temps, l’Etat du Sénégal, principal « pilleur » de l’Ipres, doit à la pauvre 52 milliards F Cfa.
D’un autre coté, «les charges techniques de l’Institution, qui sont passées de 54,6 milliards en 2012, devraient atteindre 107 milliards, selon la Lettre de cadrage budgétaire 2019, soit une progression de 98%, en 6 ans».
En outre, ajoute toujours la Lettre de cadrage, la mise en œuvre prochaine d’une pension minimale de 35.000 francs Cfa devrait davantage peser sur les charges de l’Institution.
