Le jeune Alasane Ndoye, la trentaine, est passé de trépas à vie. Alassane Ndoye, en partance pour l’Europe, comme des millions de jeunes tentés par l’immigration clandestine, a été déclaré mort il y a une semaine. Ce, lorsque la nouvelle du chavirement de leur pirogue dans la Méditerranée, entre l’Espagne et le Maroc, a circulé.
Le moteur de leur embarcation a lâché selon les témoignages parvenus à la famille. Beaucoup de candidats à l’exil ont péri. Les rescapés ont été secourus par un bateau qui traversait la zone de l’accident. Alassane était dans le lot des rescapés, mais visiblement personne ne le savait.
Un notable de Rufisque informe la famille d’Alassane Ndoye que ce dernier a péri dans l’accident. Les funérailles sont organisées, l’épouse de la victime présumée entame sa viduité. La tristesse et la consternation sont les choses les mieux partagés au quartier de Thiawlène Digue. Jusqu’au coup de file d’Alassane Ndoye informant qu’il est parmi les vivants.
«Alassane ne reste plus un moment sans nous câbler pour rassurer tout le monde. Il se porte à merveille et son épouse est parvenue à surmonter cet excès d’émotion», raconte le père du miraculé, Thiamba Ndoye, soulagé.
