C’est Libération qui a donné la nouvelle. “Le tribunal a ordonné l’expulsion de la société “37 cinq Sarl” du terrain qui abrite le magasin d’Auchan”. Une décision qui ne laisse pas insensible le maire de la commune de Sacré-cœur Mermoz.

“Nous n’avons pas de contrat avec Auchan. Nous en avons plutôt avec la société 37 cinq. C’est eux qui ont rompu le contrat pour des problèmes de loyer. Mais le terrain appartient à la commune. Et nous sommes intransigeants concernant les recettes dues à la collectivité territoriale”, clarifie, Barthélemy Dias, sur le plateau de Seneweb.

Par ailleurs, Barth espère vivement qu’une entente sera trouvée entre les protagonistes “au grand bénéfice de tout le monde, y compris les populations de Mermoz Sacré-cœur”.
