les échauffourées qui ont failli tourner au drame à Ndiek-Pënc (un village de Ndindy)… Des échauffourées qui ont tout de même occasionné l’arrestation de 11 personnes ( et non 12 ou 10, Omar Diagne ayant été libéré) et la blessure grave d’une vielle dame de 95 ans, mère de de Omar Diagne, justement. D’ailleurs, la liste des personnes interpellées est la suivante : Abdou Rahmane Ngom, Thierno Ngom, Madiama Ngom, Mamadou Sarr, Bada Sarr, Abdou Sarr, Badara Faye, Lahad Faye, Ada Faye, Elimane Faye et Bâle Faye.
Il s’avère clair qu’au-delà du problème des tranchées creusées pour l’installation d’adductions d’eau, il s’agit d’une bataille entre socialistes et Apéristes. D’un côté, il y a le député Cheikh Seck, maire socialiste (qui a dégagé toute sa responsabilité à travers un communiqué ) et de l’autre côté le jeune Apériste Mara Diop, ancien homme de confiance du Khalife des Mourides (et non Mara Dieng comme libellé dans le communiqué du député socialiste). L’adversité entre les deux camps date de bien longtemps. D’ailleurs, c’est la commune au Sénégal où les deux partis ont refusé d’aller en coalition lors des joutes électorales passées.
Il s’avère aussi clairement qu’il y a un réel parti pris de la municipalité dans l’octroi de services publics ou dans la mise en œuvre de prestations à caractère public. Cette situation est, selon nos sources, la cause de la méfiance qui prévaut dans la commune. Une accusation balayée d’un revers de main par ce conseiller municipal socialiste qui soutient le contraire.
Bref, le juge aura à fouiller dans une affaire compliquée car de nature politique ayant entraîné des dommages de nature civile. Nous reviendrons sur ce dossier….
