Solomon Nyantakyi, ancien jeune espoir du Parma Calcio, Italien d’origine ghanéenne, a été arrêté mercredi 12 juillet à Milan. Il est suspecté du double meurtre de sa mère et de sa petite sœur, mardi à Parme. Il a reconnu les faits.
Nfum Patience, 45 ans, et Magdalene Nyantakyi, 11 ans, ont été retrouvées sans vie, mardi soir 11 juillet, à leur domicile, dans le quartier San Leonardo de Parme, un quartier périphérique de la ville où vivent de nombreux Ghanéens, ont relaté les journaux italiens dans la nuit de mardi à mercredi.
Le frère cadet de la famille, Solomon Nyantakyi, âgé de 21 ans, ancien jeune espoir de l’équipe de Parme (2014-2015), qui sortait d’une saison à Imolese, en série D italienne, a tout de suite été soupçonné. En effet, il n’a plus répondu au téléphone à partir de mardi après-midi.
C’est son grand frère, Raymond, 25 ans, qui a trouvé les deux femmes attaquées au couteau mardi soir, après son travail. Le père de famille, Fred Nyantakyi, travaille, lui, à Londres.
Taciturne mais non violent
Arrêté mercredi 11 juillet par la police ferroviaire de Milan, après avoir été reconnu par les agents de vidéosurveillance de la gare de Parme en train de monter à bord d’un train en direction de cette ville du nord de l’Italie, Solomon Nyantakyi a avoué avoir poignardé à plusieurs reprises sa mère et sa petite sœur. Le procureur de la République de Parme, Salvatore Rustico, décrit une scène d’horreur.
Le jeune footballeur n’a pas expliqué son geste. Consommation de stupéfiants, problèmes comportementaux, dépression : ses anciens coéquipiers et coachs dressent le portrait d’un jeune homme taciturne mais non violent, au journal italien La Repubblica
